Privacy Policy
YourPDFs is designed so PDF and image processing happens on your device wherever the selected tool can operate entirely in the browser.
Your document files
For local-processing tools such as Merge PDF, Split PDF, JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, Rotate PDF, and similar utilities, the selected document files are read by code running in your browser and are not uploaded to a YourPDFs document-processing server.
Tools that use an external service
Translate PDF is an exception. The PDF file itself stays on your device, but extracted text is transmitted to the MyMemory translation service so it can be translated. The Translate PDF page displays this notice before processing. Do not use that tool for confidential text if you do not want the extracted text sent to that service.
Analytics
YourPDFs currently uses Google Analytics to understand normal website usage, such as page visits and general traffic patterns. Document contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics by the PDF tools. Your browser may also make ordinary network requests for website assets and third-party library files used by the application.
Accounts and document storage
YourPDFs does not currently require an account to use its PDF utilities and does not provide cloud document storage. Files you select remain under the control of your browser and device except for data explicitly disclosed by a tool before an external service is used.
Changes
If a tool later requires server-side or third-party document processing, its disclosure and this policy should be updated before that behavior is presented as private local processing.
